No, the 2025 Hunters SKO is an employee only event.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received by December 2, 2024. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the January trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Do I need to book my own hotel?

The Hotel has been pre-booked and billed to the company so please do not reserve your own room. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

Please book your flights as soon as possible. The deadline to have flights booked is December 2nd.  We ask that you arrive into the Cancun International Airport (CUN) by 4 PM on Sunday, January 26th and are free to depart anytime on Thursday, January 30th.  Departures prior to Thursday are not permitted. Below you will find the flight cost guidelines, if your flight cost exceeds the guidelines below, please send a note to Meagan and Kelly for an approval process.

US Team (minor cities): <$700

Europe Team: <$1,000

IL Team: Please work with Gali via slack to book your flights.

Once you have found a flight that works for you following date/cost guidelines, please add the information HERE. You will be notified by Kelly or Meagan promptly if approved to book your flight. Expense the cost using the SKO 2025 category in Expensify.

After the flight is booked, please forward your complete itinerary including dates of travel, times, airline, and flight number to info@executivegrouptravel.com.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Please email info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. Please note that availability for extensions is extremely limited and the group rate is honored for three nights prior to the start of SKO and three nights after SKO concludes.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be your financial responsibility to cover the cost of.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided in Mexico?

Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Hunters sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Please note that transportation will only be arranged on group arrival and departure dates. If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible to arrange your own transportation to or from the airport.

For your transfer from Planet Hollywood to the Cancun airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby.

The high temperatures in Cancun on average in late January is 83°F. 

A few other helpful items to bring:

  • Valid Passport - your passport must be valid through your departure date for those attending from the US. *Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
  • A Credit Card will be required at the time of check in for incidentals
  • Business Casual attire for meetings
  • Bathing Suit
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Active Wear for those looking to use the resorts fitness center
  • Special attire for the Awards Dinner. More detail to be provided closer to the event date!

Please note that long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.
