Travel day to Cancun. You will be flying into the Cancun airport, located approximately 45 minutes from the resort. Please make sure you arrive prior no later than 5:00 PM as the Welcome Reception begins at 7:00 PM.
*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!
Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Hunters sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
- Your all-inclusive package begins with lunch upon checking into the resort.
6:00-9:00 PM - Welcome Reception. Join us tonight on the Rooftop Terrace Gusto to kick off a great few days in Cancun! Dinner and drinks will be served.
Monday 1/27/2025 - Wednesday, 1/29/2025
Prepare to participate in event sessions, group dinners and activities from 8 AM-9 PM each day. Breaks and variety will be built in! Please check back closer to the event for more detail on the itinerary!
On Wednesday night we will be hosting our Hunters Awards Dinner, stay tuned for more details on the themed attire for this evening!
Thursday 1/30/2025
Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served at So Cal Gourmet Emporium from 7:00 - 11:00am. Fuel Coffee is open from 7:00am. The all-inclusive package ends with breakfast on your departure day.
Please check your Trip Plans individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 12pm. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. Hunters will be covering all room charges for you. All additional charges outside of the all-inclusive package should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.Keep in mind the all-inclusive package covers single drinks, it does not cover bottles ordered.
